Data: name, email, phone (optional), message.
Purpose: To respond to the enquiry.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention: Until the enquiry is resolved and during the limitation period for legal actions (3 years).
2.2 Bookings and service contracting
Data: first and last name, email, phone, number of people, date and type of service.
Purpose: To manage and execute the contracted bicycle rental service.
Legal basis: Contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention: For the duration of the contractual relationship and an additional 6 years to comply with tax and commercial obligations.
2.3 Commercial communications (newsletter)
Data: name, email.
Purpose: Sending information and offers about our services.
Legal basis: Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Retention: Until consent is withdrawn.
2.4 Web analytics
Data: anonymised navigation data (pages visited, time on site, device, country of access).
Purpose: Statistical analysis of website use to improve it.
Legal basis: User consent for analytics cookies (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except in the following cases:

- Google LLC: analytics services (Google Analytics) and hosting (Google Cloud/Firebase)

All our providers are subject to data processing agreements that guarantee GDPR compliance. Those operating outside the EEA (such as Google) have adequate safeguards in place (European Commission standard contractual clauses).
